JIM KEPIRO
President
Jim founded Kepiro Company in 1988. Over the years, the business has specialized in different facets of cleaning from new construction to restaurants. Jim enjoys all Philadelphia sports teams and his church family.
DEB KEPIRO
Vice President
Deb has worked with Kepiro Company since it’s start in 1988. Deb oversaw all aspects of the commercial cleaning until 2004 when she changed roles to overseeing all in-house business. Deb has a love for photography and her family. She is proud to call Lancaster, PA home.
Rick Glass
operations manager
Rick joined the team in May of 2022 as the Operations Manager. Rick oversees all jobs from start to completion.
Rick joins the team with many years of management as well as team-building skills.
Rick is married to his wife Ginger and has four children as well as a new Grandson.
Rick lives in Lancaster and attends 717 Church.
Emily Reber
Team Leader
Emily joined the Kepiro team in 2014 as a part-time employee and from day one has been a vital part of the Kepiro brand. Emily oversees our cleaning teams and has direct contact with job supervisors.
Emily is married to her husband Jonny and lives in the Ronks area. Emily has a love for all animals and especially her lop ear bunnies.
NICKY KLEYLEIN
SUPPORT STAFF
Nicky joined our team in early 2023. Nicky offers in-house design and support services and helps keep the day-to-day business operations running smoothly.
Nicky is married to Jeremiah and they have 3 beautiful children. Nicky and Jeremiah serve as the lead pastors of 717 Church based in Lititz PA.
